Founded in 1999 by Hillary Brentworth and Co. Stage Center has been instrumental in connecting ACTORS with Theater Television Cinema work. We often have the pleasure of working side by side with SAG Literary Agents. And major Broadway and Cinema Producers.
In 2000 Stage Center was pleased and proud to give Fireworks! ~ an LGBT / Hispanic-American themed script its Off-Broadway premiere; Fireworks! has since been performed at numerous festivals. The mind behind Fireworks! David Kennedy Polanco has, on many occasions, generously loaned this unique, poignant, comical, romantic story to benefit animals and people dealing with HIV/AIDS and domestic violence.
We are currently seeking Producers for the - long anticipated – film version of Fireworks!
A Playground Twist, Mr. Kennedy-Polanco’s second script is also a part of Stage Center’s catalogue; a version of this script was loaned for a charity event benefiting APICHA: 2007 and 2009.
Stage Center Productions is a New York City agency, with global affiliations. In 2009 we are excited to promote Gabriella Franceschini’s book on passion, romance, defeat and redemption – “tutti vita” - E Questione De Pelle.
At Stage Center the mission is basic and clear: give artist the venue to make the world a more interesting place, by simply promoting their life’s mission ~ being an artist!
